About Nexure

Nexure was founded in August 2025, when three partners decided to join forces: Alexis Pifano (technology and software engineering), Víctor Moya (data) and Antonio Velasquez (sales, with years of experience as CEO and director of several companies in the United States). We started doing product engineering for companies that needed serious software, and quickly saw a pattern: teams didn't need another consultancy, they needed products that hold up and operators who actually know what they're doing.

So we built our own. Minerva started as the CRM with a copilot we use every day in our own sales operation. Argus was born when we opened Nexure Healthcare with Doscar Pérez, biomedical engineer, to attack the technical-visibility problem on medical imaging fleets from the inside.

The vertical grew stronger with Rafael Pifano: he has run hospitals, owned private clinics, and, as Chief Sales Officer, leads the commercial side of Nexure Healthcare and runs its Venezuela office. His arrival also connects with something older than the company — the Pifano family has been tied to medicine and biomedical research in Venezuela for generations, including the work of Dr. Félix Pifano in tropical medicine and public health. We don't tell this as a technical credential: the product and the team carry that weight. But it explains why we chose healthcare and why we're staying.

Today Nexure is a technology company with two lines — Nexure AI and Nexure Healthcare —, its own products in production and an engineering team that still works with serious clients. We're not your typical consultancy, but we kept the operational experience that comes from having helped other teams ship software that works.
